- Efficient Action: The claims process is guided by speedy responses and resolution of claims as early as possible in order to ensure a minimal impact on the construction work, which facilitates the completion of projects.
- Claims Reporting: Flexible claim reporting allows claims to be reported via email, phone or fax. A confirmation of claim, with claim number and name of the dedicated claims professional will be promptly provided to the customer.
