Wood Frame Builders Risk
We have acquired the premier builders’ risk underwriting team in the industry and have in 2021 launched an Admitted, Highly Engineered Combustible Construction product. This is a challenging class with limited capacity in the market, but through the decades of experience within our team of the underwriting and engineering of Large Wood Frame construction projects, we are able to bring A-rated capacity to market. The team has spent the last 10 years helping developers and general contractors improve their operations and reduce losses.
Our portfolio managers have a wealth of experience in their niche line of business and combine this with a dedication to helping our broker partners win and retain more business.
